Supply Chain Associate

**Goals**
- Strategy - Work with the sales and project management teams to provide timely global market information, trends, and price information research.
- Supply chain management - coordinate with the project team to deliver factory/supplier information/requirements to the sales/marketing team.

**Working Location**:

- Supply Chain Coordination with Sales Team_
- Assist in responding to sales team inquiries related to the supply chain
- Clarifying information required by the sales team to develop solutions along with the supply chain and project management team
- Document Management_
- Assist in drafting supply chain documentation as required by marketing and sales
- Updating project managers on missing products not on the website via the CRM system
- Project Management (as required)_
- Coordinating tasks with the procurement team and project manager
- Adding tasks to deals/Leads to track the next steps and the project progress
- Add the task to the procurement pipeline in Feishu to get the required information for product updates e.g. COA, MSDS, Product specifications
- Ensuring that all client inquiries have clear completion timelines
- Ensure all client inquiries have been allocated to the procurement team for price
- Adding tasks for procurement people in Feishu. These include inquiries for product prices, logistics costs, and documentation inquiries.
- Update daily and weekly KPI figures.
- Action plans and improvements were discussed in meetings.

- Creating Estimates
- Provide packaging information to salespeople if requested. The kind of packaging they use to pack the product, how many fit in a 20ft container,40 ft container etc.

**Position Requirements**
- Attention to detail and fast learner.
- Able to work under pressure and around the clock
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in teams with colleagues from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Must be able to work in Singapore Standard Time Zone

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Willingness to learn especially in related industries i.e. mining, construction, power etc.
- Work experience in either a start-up company, management or consulting industry, or a sales-oriented company is preferred but not required
- Strong customer relationship management ability and/or business development ability.

- Understand the real challenges that occur before, during and after international trade especially when trading goods by sea
- Understand how a complete sales cycle occurs from marketing to sales to execution using real-life examples

- Learn to communicate and engage with an international multicultural team and diverse client base from all over the world
- Potentially transition from internship to full-time position
