HR Executive

Duties:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
- Prepare employment contracts, certification letters and other HR related letters.
- Coordinate probationary reviews, staff evaluations and terminations.
- Process and follow-up on staff appointments, promotions and other HR decisions in a timely manner.
- Handle staff medical insurance and benefits administration.
- Prepare and submit statutory documents and employer related claims, eg, maternity/paternity leave, childcare leave, etc.
- Assist in off-boarding of staff.
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of staff information and records in HRIS and personnel files.
- Compile statistical reports on staff-related data and assist in government surveys.
**Requirements**:
- GCE O. Preferably, with Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Excellent oral, written and inter-personal communications skills, adept at dealing with and engaging people at all levels.
- Skilled at establishing and cultivating strong relationships with peers; across different levels of the organization and externally.
- Good analytical and decision-making skills.
- Meticulous.
- Work schedule: Mon to Fri 9am to 5:30pm and alternate Sat 9am to 1:00pm.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
