**[ Responsibilities ]**
- **Managing and leading HD Hyundai Oil Singapore maritime business**
- Overall leadership, profitability, strategy and execution
- General management of major contracts and businesses
- **Leading a team of staffs in functions of chartering, vessel operations/management, marketing and finance**
- Monitor market trends and conditions to advise chartering decisions.
- Evaluate and select suitable vessels for charter based on future business strategies
- Manage fleet performance and modify the strategies
- financial and budget management
- direct and manage team members’ work
- **Safety and Compliance**
- Ensure vessels comply with international maritime regulations and industry standards.
- Implement safety protocols and risk management strategies.
- Conduct safety audits and inspections.
- **Maintain good biz relations with suppliers & buyers and find a business opportunities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and disputes promptly and professionally.
- **Business Support/Compliance**
- Provide other staffs with fundamental market information
- Abide by all internal and external regulatory requirements and limits

**[ Requirements ]
- Bachelor degree in a business, economics, marketing, maritime or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 15 years of experience in oil tanker chartering and management
- Extensive knowledge in cargo operation, freight chartering and storage operations etc
- Knowledge of international maritime regulations and industry standards
- Strong network with of shipowner, commodity traders, or energy companies etc
- Demonstrated ability to execute and manage end to end projects independently
