**Purpose of the position**:
We are looking for a Service Development Lead, AMEA. The role provides leadership for service growth and operational efficiency in the Region to meet customer needs and achieve Division strategy and targets. You will ensure and support implementation of global processes and standards set by the Division and will be responsible for pushing the regional customer voice and customer requirements to the Division.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Safeguard Service target fulfillment in the Region
- Ensure implementation of global strategies for service
- Lead, coach and mentor service in countries in a collaborative way with regular interactions
- Ensure implementation of standardized tools, processes and guidelines, strategy and process compliance
- Provide support and coordinate distribution of global support relating to maintenance operations
- Contribution to development of new business solutions from regional perspective relating to Service growth
- Contribution to development of regional value proposition based on Services
- Continuing cross functional collaboration within countries, division and other BLs
- Member of Region and Services Business Line Leadership teams
- Regular coaching and review sessions on the operating level - pipeline, target fulfillment
- KPIs for position - e.g. Spare Parts ser01 sales and profitability - Contract ser07 sales and profitability, On-Call ser06 sales and profitability, Digital ser08 sales, FMG ser04 sales, profitability and inventory, Service Pipeline SFCOM, Customer satisfaction NPS.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- University degree, M.Sc. is preferred or equivalent experience in Engineering and Sales
- Experience in a similar role of managing business activities in a global matrix team environment, preferably from a similar industry
- Extensive leadership experience
- Strong collaboration capabilities and effective networking skills
- Deep knowledge of sales planning and sales execution
- Deep knowledge in technical maintenance management and operations
- Deep knowledge and experience of maintenance contract business
- Deep knowledge and experience of lifecycle business
- Customer focus
- IT system general user understanding
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Spanish (for the Americas region).
