Job Summary:
The Systems and Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing daily operational workflows, managing inventory and IT systems, and ensuring the seamless onboarding and offboarding of staff. This role supports both the operational and technical infrastructure of the organization, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational & Inventory Management
- Manage the inflow and outflow of inventory and maintain accountability for all stock movements.
- Monitor inventory levels using stock cards, particularly for critical stock like CMP items, and proactively report low stock levels.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of inventory transactions and documentation.
- Track incoming stock deliveries and notify relevant stakeholders upon arrival.
- Investigate discrepancies between received stock and purchase orders, and escalate as needed.
- Prepare stock and required documentation for local and overseas shipments.
- Replenish and manage spare stock inventory for operational vehicles.

IT Systems & Asset Management
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including SIM cards, hardware, and software inventory.
- Track user access rights and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Provide first and second-level technical support for staff and escalate complex issues.
- Log and maintain technical support records in the ticketing system.

User Lifecycle Management
- Conduct proper offboarding procedures, including access termination, hardware recovery, and data archiving.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to IT and operations, including delivery orders.

Vendor Coordination & System Improvement
- Liaise with suppliers and partners to evaluate, test, and implement new hardware technologies and software solutions.
- Escalate issues or feedback to supervisors during system testing and implementation phases.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Operations, or a related field.
- Experience in operations, IT support, or inventory management are preferred
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in IT systems administration and office productivity software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,200.00 - $5,000.00 per month
