Sales and Operation Manager

The Sales and Operations Manager reports to the Director and holds a key position, orchestrating both sales and operational endeavors. This role involves orchestrating sales processes, refining operational efficiencies, and nurturing enduring connections with clients and collaborators. At the helm of a team, the manager crafts strategic blueprints and embeds industry-leading methodologies to propel business expansion and streamline operations.
**Specific Responsibilities**
Individual to be involved in:
1.Trainee will acquire a comprehensive understanding of company operations and market positioning, becoming familiar with the company's products, policies, and procedures. They will analyze industry trends and market conditions to identify growth opportunities and conduct a thorough assessment of current sales and operational workflows.
2.Trainee will develop effective sales techniques and negotiation skills, implementing robust sales strategies to expand and increase revenue by setting measurable sales targets and performance benchmarks, foster relationships with existing clients, and pursue new business opportunities.
3.Trainee will conduct meetings with clients and oversee sales leads to gain firsthand insights into operational challenges. Optimizing sales management and logistics to reduce costs and enhance service delivery. Reviewing and administering contracts, ensuring adherence to agreed terms and conditions, as well as negotiating advantageous terms with partners to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract conditions.
4.Trainee will monitor sales and operational performance to drive continuous improvement in these metrics, as well as gathering feedback from clients and team members to identify areas for enhancement, adjusting sales and operational strategies based on performance data and feedback to increase client satisfaction and retention.
5.Trainee will cultivate a positive and productive work atmosphere through continual training and support for both the sales and operations teams. They will also conduct regular performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback to nurture the development of a high-performing team.
