The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing and Design. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategising and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localise marketing for the specific markets. The Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region. - Understand the full-funnel solutions from Online Marketing, including but not limited to user acquisition, user re-engagement, search, branding and lead generation
- Drive market-leading ROI and analyse the optimal mix of digital campaigns to achieve KPIs through data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with local marketing teams to provide strategies from an online marketing aspect to achieve overall marketing objectives. Understand each market’s different needs and cultures by deep diving into the marketing campaigns
- Keep track of online campaigns’ efficiency and actively provide ideas and solutions for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Account Managers within the Online Marketing team and local marketing teams, as well as financial planning teams to plan budgets, pacing and upcoming campaigns and tests
- Be the main point of contact between Account Managers and local marketing teams and help coordinate on resources needed to successfully deliver online marketing campaigns
- Handle ad hoc requests and discussion topics that may be initiated from local marketing teams and local country leads
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors’ degree in business administration, business analytics or other quantitative majors
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with major online marketing channels
- Ability to communicate and articulate insights and ideas in a clear and succinct manner
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders from across levels, including senior leaders
- Ability to analyse data and derive insights that drives key business decisions
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment and manage multiple projects
- Working knowledge of paid media analytics, tracking and reporting platforms
