Join us as our **Director of Quality Engineering**

**About the Role**:
As our Director of Quality Engineering, you will be leading the establishment of a robust test-driven culture, ensuring the timely delivery of top-notch products that consistently exceed customer expectations and enhance internal productivity. As a pivotal member of the team, success in this position relies on adeptly influencing and leveraging resources across the organisation to achieve quality objectives. Draw upon your extensive expertise in technology, methodologies, and quality practices to excel as a catalyst for defining and executing the overarching quality agenda.

**Responsibilities**:

- The role is responsible for ingraining quality as a core discipline into every aspect of the Technology organisation
- Define and promote a quality mindset and strategy across the organisation, by creating a vision that drives QE policies, programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with engineering leaders to deliver software releases with an ever-increasing level of quality.
- Use data-based approach to help resolve internal quality issues to prevent defects in code shipment.

**What we're looking for**:

- 10+ years of experience in quality engineering or software testing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Must have extensive functional quality engineering expertise in engineering mission critical distributed systems environments.
- Demonstrated experience working with a Quality department that's involved in building software from the start, not just testing at the end
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams across the organisation.
- Proven track record of driving process improvement and delivering results in a fast-paced, agile environment.
