**Get to know Partnerships/ **The Department

Our Partnership Department serves as the strategic core of Adjust's growth journey. Here, we specialize in nurturing and expanding vital partnerships that form the foundation of our success. The Partnership Department's expertise lies in recognizing and cultivating opportunities that enhance Adjust's potential and profitability through the power of collaboration.

**Make an Impact**/ The role:
As **Partnerships Manager**, you will be part of a growing team in Singapore and work closely with several teams such as Sales, Integrations, Support & Product. Your goal is to develop and extend our relationships with our partners to help improve Adjust's market position and drive business growth.

**Empower Your Potential**/ Responsibilities:

- Establish relationships with your assigned partner accounts - ie social media platforms, ad networks, media agencies, and analytics/data companies - and develop strategic business development initiatives
- Lead joint partner-planning processes to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones
- Educate and update our partners about the Adjust platform on a regular basis
- Coordinate across various functions like support, service and management to meet partners' objectives and expectations

**Bring Your Knowledge/ **Experience & Qualifications:

- 3-5 years experience in mobile adtech ecosystem
- An established network in the Singapore AdTech market (Agencies, Networks, Ad Platforms, Analytics Partners and Cloud Providers)
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Previous Partnerships experience or experience in a Saas environment is a plus
- Technical experience in the mobile industry is a plus
