Personal Assistant to Director

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the Director’s daily schedule, including calendar planning, meeting coordination, and appointment setting across business and personal commitments
- Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics for both business and personal trips
- Assist in the planning and preparation for business meetings, events, and engagements, occasionally attending when necessary
- Manage all administrative and back-office functions, including daily operations
- Provide prompt and flexible support to the Director, including assistance with ad hoc task as needed
**Requirements**:
- A Degree or Diploma holder with at least 1.5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant preferably within the Asset Management industry.
- Proven track record in managing calendars, coordinating travel, overseeing office administration, supporting marketing initiatives, and handling a broad range of administrative duties
- Exceptional command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage
- Strong multitasking abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrates maturity and confidence in working and thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of operating independently with mínimal supervision, even in ambiguous situations
- Upholds the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and integrity while consistently meeting team expectations
