Personal Assistant for Director

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Bilingual Communication and Correspondence**:Communicate fluently in English and Chinese (Mandarin) to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, family members, and service providers.
Manage phone calls, messages, and inquiries in both languages with professionalism and confidentiality.
- **Personal and Corporate Schedule Management**:Coordinate the Director’s professional calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, and itineraries).
Organize personal commitments, such as family events, medical appointments, and social engagements, ensuring alignment with the Director’s availability.
Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively propose solutions to optimize the Director’s time.
- **Childcare and Educational Support**:Leverage preschool education experience to provide age-appropriate care and educational activities for the Director’s children, fostering their development in a nurturing environment.
Plan and supervise daily routines, including meals, playtime, and learning activities, ensuring a balance of fun and intellectual growth.
Coordinate with teachers, tutors, or extracurricular activity providers to support the children’s educational and developmental needs.
- **Administrative and Project Support**:Assist with corporate tasks, such as preparing presentations, organizing board meetings, and managing confidential documents.
Handle personal administrative duties, including bill payments, household vendor coordination, and event planning (e.g., family gatherings or celebrations).
Track and follow up on action items assigned by the Director, ensuring deadlines are met.
- **Travel and Event Coordination**:Arrange domestic and international travel logistics for the Director and family, including visas, transportation, and accommodations.
Plan and execute corporate or personal events, such as client dinners, team offsites, or family celebrations, with attention to detail and budget considerations.
Accompany the Director or family on trips when required, providing on-the-ground support.
- **Confidentiality and Discretion**:Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding the Director’s professional and personal matters.
Handle sensitive information, such as financial records or family details, with utmost care and professionalism.
Act as a trusted point of contact for the Director, filtering requests and shielding them from unnecessary distractions.
- **Household and Lifestyle Management**:Oversee household operations in coordination with other staff (e.g., drivers, housekeepers), ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
Manage personal shopping, gift procurement, or special requests, aligning with the Director’s preferences and timelines.
Research and recommend services or products to enhance the Director’s personal and family life, such as educational programs or wellness activities.
