- Role Summary
- The main purpose of an Operations Executive is to support the efforts of the Tankers Department’s brokers. Your role might require clerical services, financial assessments, answering of telephone calls and entering financial transactions onto the relevant exchanges and system.- What you will be doing- Handle required vessel operations
- Monitor and update vessel movements
- Manage post-fixture activities, voyage instructions if needed
- Issue invoices
- Coordinate with relevant counterparties to ensure smooth operations

**Job Requirement**
- What we are looking for
- Key Attributes- Diploma in Maritime studies or a related discipline
- Able to communicate well with clients/team members
- 3-4 years Operations experience with a shipping company
- Strong Analytical skills
- Able to build strong working relationships with clients
- Driven, self-motivated and client focused
- Confident and able to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy
- Strong MS office skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Special Job Requirements- Travel as required.
