**HR Manager**
**Responsibilities**:
- In charge of the full spectrum of HR functions covering:
- Compensation & Benefits
- Recruitment & Selection
- Training & Development
- Industrial & Employees Relations
- ISO & other Compliances
- HR Information System
- Manage, lead and oversee daily operation of HR Department.
- Report to management, HQ and provide decision support.
- Process and administer full spectrum of payroll and leave using InfoTech HRIS software.
- Conduct and facilitate annual performance exercise for employee remuneration and career progression.
- Expatriates management, compensation and benefits including Income Tax computation and tax clearance.
- Handle all union-management meetings and negotiations.
- Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations and ensure policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance with statutory regulations.
- Ensure control and compliances requirements of CSR, ISO on HR related.
- Establish, review and implement HR policies and operational procedures.
- Conduct wage checks within labour market to determine competitive wage rate.
- Support 2 overseas representative offices in HR compensation and benefits.
**Requirements**:
- Degree holder in Human Resource or other related professional qualification.
- Minimum 5 years in a HR managerial role
- Japanese JLPT (Must be able to speak Japanese).
- Well Versed with Employment Act and preferably Industrial Relation Act
- Able to operate InfoTech Software system and Time Management System
- Communication / Interpersonal
