**Job Title**:
Master Data Management (MDM) Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership**:

- Develop and implement a robust Master Data Management strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives.
- Define and maintain MDM standards, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize MDM initiatives that deliver business value.

**Data Governance and Quality**:

- Establish and enforce data governance policies, processes, and standards.
- Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for data quality and accuracy.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies across systems.

**System and Process Management**:

- Manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of MDM tools and platforms (e.g., Informatica, SAP MDG, IBM InfoSphere).
- Ensure seamless integration of MDM solutions with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
- Lead MDM system upgrades and enhancements to meet business needs.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor a team of data stewards and analysts, ensuring effective performance and professional growth.
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to improve data-related processes.

**Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Identify and mitigate risks related to data mismanagement or breaches.

**Analysis and Reporting**:

- Generate actionable insights from master data to support business decisions.
- Provide regular reports on MDM performance, data quality, and governance metrics.

**Qualifications and Skills:Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Quality roles.
- Proven track record in managing MDM tools and platforms such as Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, IBM InfoSphere, or similar systems.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of MDM principles, data governance frameworks, and data quality management.
- Proficiency in database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data integration tools (ETL processes).

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across business and IT functions.

**Certifications (preferred)**:

- Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP).
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Certifications in MDM tools or data governance frameworks.
