Master Data Management (MDM)- Supervise and provide guidance to MDM team.- Oversee the maintenance of General Ledger (GL) master, Controlling module (CO), Asset Master data, Vendor and Customer Master data. E.g. perform confirmation of Vendor or Customer details in SAP.- Maintain the Chart of Accounts (COA)- Oversee the periodic master data cleansing activities- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are up to date.Travel and Expense (T&E)- Supervise and provide guidance to the T&E team.- Maintain the mobile claim limits and financial authority limits set in Concur. And ensure the limits are reviewed by authorized authority periodically.- Ensure T&E Standard Operating Procedures are up to date-
- Review of the report’s configuration in tandem with the business need- Perform T&E posting reconciliation where required for GL posting.- Attend to vendor (Travel agent), Finance team and claimants’ queries.

JOB REQUIREMENTS- Possess Diploma qualification in Finance / Accounting-related field or equivalent-
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills- Able to multi-task, meticulous and a good team player- Self-driven and able to work under pressure- Minimum 4-5 year of relevant working experience- Knowledge and experience in SAP S4Hana and SAP Concur will be advantageous- Minimum 1 to 2 years of supervisory or team management experience.
