Master Data Management- Perform creation and maintenance of General Ledger (GL), Controlling module (CO), Vendor Master, Customer Master, Asset Master Data and any Master Data related activities within SAP for all Keppel Business Units- Ensure data is created, updated or deactivated in accordance with Group’s data governance policies- Update of exchange rates in SAP- Assist in the Chart of Accounts (COA) change requests- Perform periodic Master Data maintenance and cleansing activities- Assist Master Data Management (MDM) Team Lead in the update of SOPs when there are changes to the MDM processes- Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time.

Travel and Expense- Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of T&E claims in accordance with Group’s claims policy- Verify that T&E claims are supported with receipts / supporting documents- Validate claims details and amounts are as per receipts and supporting documents.- Route claims to additional approver if required.- Update SOPs regularly or when there are changes to the process- Attend to calls and queries from claimants

JOB REQUIREMENTS- Possess LCCI / Diploma qualification in Finance / Accounting-related field or equivalent-
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills- Able to multi-task, meticulous and a good team player- Self-driven and able to work under pressure- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience- Knowledge and experience in SAP S4Hana and SAP Concur will be advantageous
