Senior Relationships Manager

**Your role**
We are looking for experienced relationship managers to join our Multi Family Office (MFO) business, providing a holistic coverage for Family Offices. We are looking for someone to:
- be responsible to understand, plan and establish the family office structure for MFO clients and delivering financial results
- identify potential MFO clients and drive the process to onboard them
- build, establish and grow long-term client relationships
- provide trusted advice to clients drawing on expertise from across our organization
- advise on a product suite to MFO clients across capital markets (Equities, FX Rates & Credit), private equity investments, financing and advisory solutions
- be able to take tactical and strategic views of clients’ investments and closely monitor their portfolio quality
- ensure MFO compliance guidelines are strictly adhered to when interacting with clients and prospects. Comply with all regulations, policies and standards, contributing to an effective risk culture
- keep accurate and up-to-date KYC records and client investor profiles
**Your team**
You will be working in our Multi Family Office business. The MFO team is responsible for prospecting and building long-standing, and delivering products, services and advice to our Family Office clients domiciled Asia.
**Your expertise**
- excellent communicator in both English, Mandarin and any other Asian languages to support our client base
- proven track record in structuring and establishing Family Offices
- deep experience in working with sophisticated clients and complex investments
- in-depth experience and knowledge of private banking offerings and a strong revenue generator while observing client suitability and managing risks
- familiar with Investment Banking offerings or have significant experience in dealing with UHNW Clients in Asia as a private banker
- firm grasp of financial markets and regulatory frameworks
- expert in relevant compliance regulations, policies and guidelines
- able to work collaboratively to ensure team approach to provide best possible solution.
