Key Responsibilities are as follows:

- Assist Senior Relationship Managers in the Japanese Business Development Department in the preparation of new loan transactions, credit reviews, and investment memorandums for submission to the credit committee for approval and the parent company for consultations.
- Assist Senior Relationship Managers in the Japanese Business Development Department in monitoring the Bank's loan portfolio and in conducting industry market research.
- Prepare pitch book and information memorandum for presentation in the Japanese Language to existing customers and prospective clients.
- Assist Senior Relationship Managers in servicing existing Japanese clients.
- Assist Senior Relationship Managers in the Japanese Business Development Department in liaising with the various different departments in the parent company in Japan on the reports submitted by the Bank.
- Any other tasks are assigned by the Head of the Japanese Business Development Department.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3-4 years of working experience in corporate banking.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in Japanese and English to facilitate communication with Head Office in Japan and Japanese customers.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently within timelines.
- Team player and possess good communication and problem-solving skills.
