**The Role**

We are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy **Product Specialist** to join our team. This role is mission-critical to ensuring merchants are set up for success—from initial alignment to full product activation. You’ll manage project rollouts, coordinate on-site setups, deliver training, and provide ongoing product support—all while working across internal and client-facing teams.

**What You’ll Do**

**Merchant Onboarding & Setup**
- Conduct structured alignment calls with merchants to finalize onboarding details, timelines, and expectations.
- Prepare and manage deployment of hardwares on site.
- Execute end-to-end on site POS setup, testing, and live training sessions with merchant teams on-site or virtually.
- Document each deployment in a structured way—photos, reports, and internal logs—to ensure accuracy and repeatability.

**Communication**
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling across multiple teams.
- Maintain proactive and professional communication with merchant points-of-contact (POCs) throughout the setup journey.
- Ensure clear follow-ups with summaries, reminders, and milestone tracking.

**Operational Refinement**
- Identify and escalate technical or operational roadblocks to the appropriate teams (development, support, project management).
- Contribute to process refinement and SOP development based on field feedback and operational insights.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 1-3 years of experience in a product, implementation, or client onboarding role—ideally in tech, F&B, retail, or POS industries. _Prior experience with networking equipment (SIM routers, LAN setups) is a plus._
- Comfortable with a work schedule that may occasionally include weekends or public holidays, depending on business or client needs.
- Strong project coordination and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable with hands-on hardware setups and troubleshooting.
- Tech-savvy and resourceful—able to navigate digital platforms and troubleshoot tools in real time during merchant interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple merchant rollouts simultaneously and travel locally when needed.
- Experience working in high-growth or startup environments.
