**Job Summary**: Our client is a growing real estate logistics developer with exciting expansion plans in Asia region. This reputable logistics platform already own warehouses in Vietnam, Indonesia and Singapore.

This will be their first hire to be heading up their leasing strategy for their South East Asia portfolio of properties. As the Head, Leasing based in Singapore and overseeing the region, you will be responsible for leasing related matters to improve the performance of logistic properties in South East Asia. This role will formulate and implement leasing strategies to maximize the revenue and occupancy rates for all of the logistics properties within the company’s portfolio.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Formulate and implement leasing strategies with the team to obtain high occupancy rate across all of the logistics properties within in the company’s portfolio
- Drive the team to secure new tenancies, identify market segments and prospects, manage lease renewals
- Work with team to review occupancy, rental and other leasing related statistics and reports, prepare rental budget and forecast.
- Conduct market research and provide regular updates on market supply, demand, pricing, competition and market positioning.
- In charge of lease management value chain including documentations, arrears, tenant’s satisfaction
- Build and maintain positive working relationship with customers, intermediaries, consultants, and other key groups/individuals and improve customer satisfaction
- Work closely with investment team and asset management team to drive company’s business in SEA

**Qualifications**

- Degree in Estate Management, Business (Marketing) or its equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in industrial/logistics business field, at least three years of leasing and marketing in warehousing and logistics projects
- Team player who possesses good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Sound understanding of logistics real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts in SEA
