**Overview of the role**:
As a Technology Senior Associate in our Singapore Health & Group Benefits team, you will work with leading companies in Singapore on introducing our own proprietary technology solutions involving the design, implementation and management. You will have ownership of ensuring we continue to provide our clients with technology services and solutions. In this space, you will serve as the project manager and day to day communication liaison with our clients, create client deliverables, contribute to client management and lead new business activities, and participate in the creation of new intellectual capital.

**Responsibilities**
- Act as a product owner and take responsibility for the local strategic direction in terms of the delivery of the WTW Health & Benefits (H&B) Technology
- Benefits Access BA/Embark concept, working alongside Head of Business development and the H&B account servicing team.
- Responsible for soliciting and closing new clients for our H&B technology solutions
- Responsible for managing client relationships in the area of technology solutions leading to the generation of new business to successfully meet financial targets.
- Responsible for the delivery of quality advice and technology solutions for our clients
- Actively lead business development opportunities for technology services and solutions.
- Take responsibility for client delivery, working alongside with the Head of Client Services and Ops and Regional Benefits Delivery & Solutions
- Work closely with the account managers and consultants to drive the sales and implementation of our technology, make key decisions, troubleshoot, co-ordinate activities between regional implementation team along with admin team, manage client relationships and internal teams
- Take responsibility for SG technology enhancement requests and their inclusion on the global prioritization.
- Understand the local health and wellness vendor marketplace and leverage that knowledge to develop innovative technology solutions.
- Demonstrate proficient writing, oral presentation skills in client reports, recommendations, and presentations

**The Requirements**
- Minimum of 8-10 years’ relevant experience in the technology domain of Health & Benefits
- Proven track record in growing technology solutions business
- Project management experience
- Experience in conducting training (Internal only)
- Having exposure in Flex Portal will be an advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Thought Leadership and Innovation
