**Purpose of Role**

The Associate/Senior Associate (Business Development) will assist the Corporate and Fund Services business with new clients prospecting and on-boarding.

Responsibilities include:

- Assist with preparation of marketing decks and client proposals
- Handling of client on-boarding including client due diligence, screenings, preparation of business acceptance documents and approval
- Management of third-party bank account documentation
- Adhere to internal documentation and filing requirements
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required

**Knowledge and Experience
Professional Experience
- University or polytechnic graduates with one to two years’ relevant experience in business development, corporate services, fund services, or professional experience such as paralegal or audit/accountancy, will be considered
- Business, Finance, Accountancy or Law related fields of study
- Good Microsoft Office skills including MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, MS Word

- Detail orientated and meticulous
- Able to work under pressure and is a willing and fast learner
- Effective communicator who is able to write and converse in English and Mandarin
