As a Regional Business Development Manager, the successful incumbent should have relevant sales or account management experience in the maritime industry.
- Assist the Sales Director in sales, growth planning and execution, business proces optimization, go-to-market strategy etc
- Responsible for business development, building strong relationships with potential, new and existing customers, collaboration with distributors, partners etc
- Prospecting sales opportunities in the region
- To grow the company's ship-to-shore data collection solution
- To grow the company's VDR products and solutions
- Sales reporting, presentations, networking, attending trade shows etc
- Other related duties as assigned

**Required Skills Sets**
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Marine or equivalent
- Preferably 5 years of experience or more in Maritime Industry
- Experience selling Maritime Products and Solutions/Services
- Sales experience in SAAS solutioning will be highly desirable
- Open to traveling
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
