**Position summary**:
We are seeking an experienced but fresh thinking manager to join our team. Your role is vital to the development of engagement programmes for schools, youth and communities across multiple projects, activities and tasks. You will work across teams to develop new ways of engaging stakeholders. You will envision, develop and execute innovative engagement programmes for schools and institutions that will allow for lifestyle change and a greater appreciation for sustainability efforts. You will identify trends and insights, conduct or supervise market research to identify new opportunities. Your primary role will be to manage and execute our flagship Eco-Schools and other innovative youth programmes. You will provide content development, project management and administrative support for WWF-Singapore’s education and outreach programmes. Periodically you will assist to co-lead campaigns across teams on sustainability themes.

**Major Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Lead the re-development of our flagship Eco-Schools programme to meet WWF SG strategic aims, with an emphasis on growing school and youth communities. This programme involves students from pre-school levels to junior college and periodically IHL’s in Singapore.
- Recruit, onboard and retain Eco Schools.
- Develop environment and sustainability related content for schools.
- Establish a robust awards programme around Eco-Schools to encourage uptake and retention.
- Organise and conduct a variety of talks, workshops, network sessions, competitions as part of Eco-Schools.
- Develop a student and teacher exchange programme with Eco-Schools outside of Singapore.
- Develop and deliver donor proposals and donor reports on time.
- Ensure that donor deliverables are met on time and target.
- Develop and manage programme budgets and tracking, quotations and invoicing payments.
- Engage and manage external vendors and agencies to deliver high-quality events and training.
- Manage and nurture a focus group of teachers.
- Be the first point of contact for school leaders, educators and student committees for the purpose of maintaining WWF-Singapore’s partnership with schools.
- Stay up to date with programme structure from Foundation of Environmental Education. Share resources and opportunities available to Singapore schools.
- Ensure digitisation of resources and develop resources in line with online engagement tools.
- Grow and manage strategic relationships with external stakeholders and partners such as schools and other agencies.
- Develop strong working relationships with youth education and outreach representatives with education and outreach staff in WWF offices in the region and beyond, alongside the Head of Education and Outreach.
- Manage and mentor junior staff, interns and volunteers as needed.
- Be responsible for all legal compliance and risk management for your portfolio.

**Profile**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- Degree in a relevant field for example geography, biology, sustainability, environmental studies or with working experience in these areas.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Working experience with schools and youth is a plus.
- Enjoy working with students and educators.
- Proven success in the development and execution of strategies, projects and events with supervisory skills.
- Proficient with design platforms such as Canva and Adobe Illustrator/ Adobe Photoshop/ Adobe PremierPro or similar platforms.
- Knowledge and experience of the not-for-profit sector is advantageous.
- Able to work on weekends when necessary (off in lieu provided).

- Self-starter with a high level of motivation and drive, able to manage the job independently and proactively.
- Analytical, creative and resourceful with keen attention to both details and excellent time management.
