**Job Description**:

- Design non-functional test (NFT) plans for key releases and projects with the Business Analysts;
- Provide effort estimates to test and release planning activities;
- Design performance regression scope for BAU releases and functional performance tests for new performance improvement changes;
- Use Confluence to document the test scope;
- Identify the correct environment set-up and document it as part of the test plan;
- Perform test execution using existing custom performance and load measurement tools;
- Raise performance defects and work closely with the teams for defect resolution to tune performance;
- Prepare test reports and provide sign-offs for each NFT exit;
- Use existing custom tools for NFT;
- Work closely with the DevOps team for the creation of new tools or enhancements to the NFT toolkit;
- Able to troubleshoot errors in tool usage before logging defects for the DevOps team;
- Report to the Release and QA Manager.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of eight years of experience in NFT;
- Familiar with assessing load and stress on a SQL server database;
- Knowledge of basic networking, messaging, web services and databases;
- Good with Power BI, Excel or relevant data analytics platform;
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in automated regression testing and performance testing;

- Experience in commodity trading or banking domain;
- Certification of ISTQB Foundation Level.
