Operations Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule and coordinate the deployment of operational technicians after receiving the Sales Order (Project and Servicing):
- Liaise with both Clients and the internal Ops team (Supervisors and Technicians) for confirmation and/or change of schedule.
- Facilitate communication with Clients:
- Communicate and coordinate with Clients on operational requests and service calls; direct questions from Clients to relevant departments.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum diploma holder, specializations in Business Management, and prior experience in Operations will be an advantage
- Well-versed with MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central or other ERP software will be an advantage
- Efficient with assigned tasks and responsibilities; able to work independently and in a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
