Manage full spectrum of payroll related function independently.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for accurate and timely payroll computation and processing.
- Prepare all HR related letters, forms and insurance claims
- Work closely with Finance department on payroll closing, GL posting and perform payroll reconciliations.
- Respond to staff queries on payroll discrepancies issue.
- Attend to auditor on the yearly audit exercise.
- Handle statutory survey from government’s authorities.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
- Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
- Ensures compliance with local MOM, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
- Arrange & prepare for new hires on-boarding and orientation.
- Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
- Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
- Provide support on ad-hoc HR related tasks/projects and other duties as assigned.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Proficient with payroll software, HRIS implementation / enhancement for payroll
- Ensuring compliance by following policies and procedures
- Process oriented and meticulous
- Able to work in a dynamic environment, prioritize work tasks, multi-tasking and work within tight deadline
