**Basic Salary + Commission
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the leaders in the luxury automobile industry.
- Lead, coach and motivate Sales Consultants to achieve targets and company budget including achieving the sales volume monthly, quarterly and yearly, achieving volume for specific models dictated by principal, achieving customer satisfaction Index set, mystery shop results, achieving the budget and profit set by the company. _
- Strategise branding positions of the Brand with Marketing
- Planning product line-up & unique selling points (USP) of all car models
- Identify & evaluate areas of improvements for Sales Department
- Reviewing & improving showrooms to enhance retail experience
- Planning & recruiting manpower requirements
- Setting price, promotions and plans to increase both sales volumes & contributions
- Monitoring and coaching to ensure Financing and Insurance and Trade In penetration targets are met.
- Ascertain, review and implement Sales Incentives/commissions for Sales Consultants
- Benchmark & improve the brand Sales CSI & mystery shopping target scores set by principal
- Strategise & monitor sales & contributions’ progress to meet Financial Year (FY) targets
- Manage stock inventory & improve stock turnover
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities and products, analysis and recommend strategies to counteract to improve sales
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, compliments and complaints to improve customer’s experience
- Provide coaching and feedback to help improve selling skills and customer service
- Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business
**Requirements**:
- 5 years of related working experience, preferably with strong automotive sales records and possesses strong sales flair
- Strong Leadership and Sales management skills
