- Position Title**:Customer Service Officer (Airfreight)/ Airfreight Import Officer**:

- Working Location: Ubi
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturdays after confirmation)
- (Mon to Fri: 8:30am - 5.30pm) (Sat: 8.30am - 12.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role

**Key Responsibilities**
- Co-ordination and communication with various parties (including customers, overseas agents)
- Monitoring and following up on import shipments and checking shipment status regularly
- Attending phone calls from customers
- Processing Airfreights in CargoWiseOne (CW1) software
- Arranging local handling services
- Liaising with carriers
- Provide input into various internal and departmental reporting mechanism: Monthly reports
- Checking of warehouse goods
- Perform duties as assigned by manager
