**Accounts & Admin Assistant (A/R & A/P)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Update and record accounting transactions including invoices generation
- Generate monthly statement of accounts of customers
- Perform reconciliation of customers’ outstanding payments
- Work with Customer Service team to resolve billing disputes, discrepancies and queries
- Record payments received and knock off against customer aging
- Assist in monthly AR/AP closing
- Prepare monthly AR/AP aging analysis, collection forecast and relevant provisions
- Maintain inventory record
- Perform other duties and assist with other financial function as required

**Requirements**:

- Possess Diploma in Accounting
- Have relevant experience in Accounts Receivable
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Team player and adaptable to changes
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, Independent
- Has the initiative to take up challenges and resolve issues
