**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Position Description**:
The Retail Director oversees and ensures the smooth running of all boutiques in Singapore. As a leader of the retail team, you will establish the standards of excellence and be responsible to achieve sales targets for all boutiques and developing the team to their fullest potential.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To hire, train, motivate, incentivize, and support all retail employees. To ensure the positions are filled at all times and organize weekly roaster
- To develop and achieve sales strategies and reach targets consistently with solid reporting to management
- Suggest improvement of visual merchandising, products animation, customer VIP events to the management team
- Ensure all staffs offer the highest level of customer service, in line with our Brand standards of excellence.
- To ensure each shop is representing the brand image through excellence in standards and have a strong sense of details
- To seek every opportunity to develop lasting relationships with clients for your team
- Put a process in place and best retail practices

**AS TEAM LEADER**:

- You have strong leadership skills and you are able to motivate and develop your team
- You must be passionate in nurturing your team and foster a positive mindset with a collaborative working environment to achieve high performing boutique teams
- You must put in place training for all newcomers and make sure they complete all assignments by Maison Academy. You will monitor each member's performance and support them with coaching, and counselling
- You are responsible as a brand ambassador to lead an example on the sales floor and during workshops and peak hours
- You should motivate and put in place the best ideas to incentive your team to obtain the very best of them. You make sure they have the best environment to operate, they have access to constant training on products and retail best practices
- Put in place a development plan for each member of your team according to their level
- You will put in place best selling and upselling practices
- You will lead by example and be with the team to ensure the delivery of excellence and a great customer experience.
- You will ensure that all members respect and adhere to Maison's promise to customers
- You will implement process and best practices of retail high luxury standards
- You must have at least 10 years experience in high luxury brand

**AS CLIENT ADVISOR**:

- You must have a customer-focused mindset to ensure the highest level of customer experience
- You will develop our VIP list and will be constantly involved with them
- You should possess a high level of communication skills to handle all inquiries and issues.
- You are responsible to build and manage a strong customer database and retention for all boutiques.
- Strong CRM skills
- Soft skills to handle rejections and attain high conversions.
- Process-oriented

- You should develop basic olfactive skills
- You should be passionate about perfumery and know deeply the trends and competitors
