The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing and Design. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategising and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localise marketing for the specific markets. The Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region. - Design, plan, execute and monitor both always-on and promotional online campaigns across various channels
- Drive market-leading ROI and analyse the optimal mix of digital campaigns to achieve KPIs through data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with local marketing teams, regional marketing to deliver a full-funnel marketing campaign
- Work with the Marketing Analytics team to understand tracking and attribution in order to accurately measure the importance and effects of digital campaigns
- Focus on new and innovative ways of engaging customers through constant testing & refining of new initiatives
- Keep abreast of the latest trends on online/ digital channels and digital marketing and be well versed in the various components for success in digital marketing

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative major
- At least 3 years of solid hands-on experience in performance marketing various online channels
- Experience in Mobile App user acquisition is a plus
- Experience with a start-up environment is a plus
- Good understanding of internet advertising technologies, including the tracking and attribution model
- Ability to communicate and articulate ideas and thoughts in a clear and succinct manner
- Ability to analyse data and derive insights that guides key business decisions
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment to manage projects and meet business goals
- Ability to pick up skills on the job quickly and manage tasks effectively
- Passion for advertising and performance marketing
