Support with the data management and data analytics deliverables for Project RESET population health study (data collection, data monitoring, multi-modal data integration, data curation, data analytics and AI).

Job Responsibilities

Implementation of effective data management processes across the clinical, multi-Omics and wearables data in Project RESET?s hybrid AWS cloud environment.
Develop data management strategies for digital health technologies, ensuring the collection, integration and analysis of high-quality and reliable data.
Develop and implement proactive quality control audits/quality management plans across longitudinal visits to ensure data accuracy, completeness and proper usage of data management systems.
Develop and implement data models to identify patterns, correlations and predictive insights to assess patient risk stratification and disease progression.

Job Requirements

A Bachelor/Master Degree in Public Health, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.
Good programming skills (Python, R, PyTorch, High Performance Computing solutions).
Experience with advanced computational methods such as deep learning and graph neural networks for population health analytics.
Knowledge/experience on Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Clinical Data Management Practices (GCDMP) guidelines and research data management.
Good team player and communication skills for collaborative research.
0 - 3 years? experience.
