Job Description
Responsible for providing administrative support to research affair unit on pre
- and post-award matters to ensure compliance.
**Tasks typically includes**:
Collaborate to gather additional data when needed, provide advice to researchers regarding submission problems and suggest solutions.
Assist with implementation and problem-solving related to online submission system.
Liaises and coordinates with finance and project management teams to ensure that the relevant postaward administrative activities are initiated in a timely manner.Work with research teams to identify gaps inregulatory compliances to, assist in drafting inquiry/investigation reports and submits to relevantcommittees for appropriate action.
Involved in review and maintenance of research related documentation e.g. SOPs, reports, training records
Assist in tracking and records keeping of Key Performance Indicators
Assist in tracking and records keeping of ethics-related matters
Assist in update, sharing of/communicating researchrelated information
Coordinates committee meetings, drafts official committee correspondence and meeting notes.
**Requirements**:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Life Science related field, Social Sciences or Pharmacy
At least 1-2 Years of experience
Prior experience in grant/project management or in clinical research compliance administration would be an advantage.
Awareness of compliance policies and regulations (e.g. PDPA, HBRA 2015) would be advantageous.
Eager and keen to learn about research quality standards and compliance
Ability to prioritize and work on several complex projects at once with a minimum of supervision
Commitment to working effectively with a diverse group of scientists/clinicians
Commitment to teamwork, taking initiative, and responsive customer service
Excellent critical thinking skills, editing abilities, and proven attention to detail
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated MS Office or equivalent computer proficiencies
