Regional Director

**Role Purpose**

The Regional Director for Southeast Asia (SEA) will lead our commercial and operational strategy in the region, identifying growth opportunities, managing key client relationships, and developing our service offering to meet the unique risk management needs of clients across both public and private sectors. This is a senior leadership role that blends business development, client advisory, regional leadership, and delivery oversight.

**Key Responsibilities**

Commercial & Business Development
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for growth across Southeast Asia, aligned with global objectives.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across priority markets (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines).
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in multinational companies, government entities, critical infrastructure, and NGOs.
Lead or support complex bids, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Represent the company at high-level industry events, panels, and conferences in the region.

**Regional Leadership & Operations**
- Lead and support regional teams delivering risk management, crisis response, due diligence, security consulting, and geopolitical advisory services.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide regional insight and leadership into global service innovation and thought leadership content.
- Ensure operational compliance with internal policies, client expectations, and legal/regulatory standards in the region.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Act as a senior point of contact for key clients and strategic accounts.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions that address their specific challenges.
- Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the consultancy's service lines.

**Required Experience & Qualifications**
- 15+ years’ experience in risk management, strategic consultancy, intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Deep understanding of civil military interoperability
- Proven track record of commercial success in developing business in a regional Market.
- Significant leadership experience, preferably with P&L responsibility.
- Experience working in complex, multinational, or government-facing environments.
- Deep understanding of the geopolitical, regulatory, and commercial dynamics in the SEA region.
- Strong network across corporate security, legal, compliance, government affairs, and/or operational risk communities.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s or equivalent in international relations, business, or a relevant field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
