Customer Service Officer

Straits Printers is looking for a service-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our printing company. Since 1953, we have been providing our clients with quality printed materials alongside excellent customer service. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be helping our clients with their printing needs, answering any questions that they may have. Product knowledge and training will be provided to ensure that you will excel in your position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer questions about our products and services, assisting customers with placing orders
- Prepare price quotations to be sent to customers
- Work with our production manager to ensure that items are produced to our customer requirements
- Resolve customer feedback and quality issues
- Assist with preparing of delivery orders and invoices
- Ensure that products are delivered on time
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience providing customer service, preferably in a printing or related industry
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Organised and pays attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Committed to providing excellent customer service at all times
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
