Customer Service Officer

**Responsibilities**:
To provide sales and operations support to the technical service division
Servicing and maintenance scheduling and assignment for technical team
Maintain record and attend to technical service enquiries and job status
Follow up on request and issues (make appointment for on site support, delivery, maintenance, requisite loan process, rental process, new and renewal of service contract, shipment) and provide prompt and timely responses to achieve optimal level
Process quotation, delivery orders and other admin duties as per assigned
Coordinate with customers on delivery arrangement and returned of repaired items/orders
Resolve customer service related issues
**Requirements**:
Minimum 'A' or Diploma in engineering or business administration
Prefer 2 years of relevant working experience in sales and customer support function
Good communication skills and able to interact with customers well
Bilingual in English and Chinese (in order to liaise with chinese speaking customers)
Highly motivated, organized and meticulous person with a passion for customer service excellence
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and a good team player
Good in MS office - Word, Excel, outlook
Prefer applicants who can start work immediately and fresh graduates (must be a keen learner)
**No quota for foreign work pass**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $2,400.00 - $2,700.00 per month
