About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Frontline Customer Service Officer. You will be the first point of contact for drivers and passengers, delivering exceptional support and helping to create a positive experience


Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and personalised support via hotline, in-person, and email channels.
  • Communicate knowledgeably and passionately about company services and values.
  • Identify root causes of issues and collaborate with other teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Go beyond problem-solving to deliver service excellence and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-intensity start-up environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong initiative, with a willingness to go the extra mile for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Calm, composed, and skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Independent, yet a strong team player who keeps colleagues updated on developments.

Additional Information:

  • Location: Midview City
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Salary Range: SGD 2,300 – SGD 2,400
