If you’ve run your own small tech agency, sold custom tools for events, or built productized campaigns for brands—this is your next move.

GO is building a future-ready event tech arm. We already have events, design, media, and ops in place. We’re now looking for someone to lead **GO Labs**—our internal tech engine—and turn it into a revenue-generating solutions hub.

In the short term, you’ll plug into live projects and deliver custom web tools, games, and data-driven experiences for clients. Long term, you’ll evolve this into an AI-led integration unit—one that solves real campaign problems using automation, personalization, and smart systems.

We’re not hiring an employee. We’re looking for a **builder who brings clients, ships fast, and wants infrastructure behind them.**

**What You Bring**:

- Your own clients or warm leads from day one
- Hands-on ability to scope, quote, and ship tools
- A point of view on how tech should actually work at events
- Past life as a founder, project lead, or consultant

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Lead GO Labs and own its P&L
- Close and deliver event tech projects, from iPad check-ins to microsites to live dashboards
- Build productized solutions we can sell repeatedly
- Help other teams integrate tech into activations
- Own client outcomes from first call to post-event review
- Grow our capabilities toward AI-powered tools and automations
