About the Lark APAC Commercial Team We are responsible for planning and delivering market expansion across APAC and driving business strategies to create commercial impact for our global business. This includes developing & implementing commercial strategies and business plans that increase presence, brand recognition and growth in the industries and countries within APAC where commercial traction exists, as well as exploring new areas where our product can move the needle and win. **Responsibilities**: - Design & maintain an enablement curriculum, including training materials & resources, that ensures Lark partners in APAC are empowered to drive business growth and customer satisfaction on our behalf - Conduct partner kickoff & training sessions (in-person and virtually) to educate & enable partner sales & presales on product capabilities, sales methodologies and best practices - Measure and analyse partner enablement program success: define & create metrics to understand time to productivity and ROI. Track and report metrics on a regular basis - Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure their success in selling and delivering Lark's products. - Working closely with the Partner Managers, build and maintain a great partner experience to ensure Lark is and remains a priority for our partners - Working closely with the Customer Success team, increase partners' deep & broad usage of Lark, including but not limited to introducing new features and best practices - Keep up-to-date with Lark's product roadmap, and understand the latest functionalities and future offerings - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and provide recommendations for enhancing our partner enablement programs - Be an ambassador for Lark tools and values at all times - Deep understanding of and relationships with the SaaS reseller / distribution partner ecosystem across APAC - At least 5 years of experience in partner enablement and training, specifically focusing on SaaS / hi-tech / digital tranformation - A passion for new technologies and proven success in enabling and coaching reseller & distribution partners - Experience with content creation, instructional design and learning management processes & systems - Excellent written & oral communication skills as well as organizational and project management abilities - Possess a "start-up mindset": go-getter personality with the desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to a rapidly evolving product, organization and market - Self-driven and highly geared towards original thinking as well as continuous improvement - Experience working across multiple cultures, with the ability and desire to navigate a global business landscape - Strong professional and personal alignment to Bytedance's & Lark's values - Ability to travel up to 25% for in-person training sessions and events - Bachelor's degree or above If you are ambitious, upbeat, collaborative & solution-oriented and looking to work with and learn from passionate and dedicated teammates, we'd love to hear from you ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
