**Digital Wallet Product Manager - Global Payments** - Singapore Regular - Product Job ID: A228330 **Responsibilities** About Global Payment The Global Payment team of Bytedance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. Responsibilities 1. Be responsible for the growth of the user scale and transaction volume of overseas digital wallet products, and support the global ecological business and global users. 2. Understand the customs and habits of users, the competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements. Have a deep insight into the market situation, consumer pain points, and differential competition. Through research and analysis in different markets, establish the implementable value proposition and business strategy of the digital wallet. 3. Based on user value and business value, complete the growth planning of the digital wallet by combining aspects such as user scenario expansion and marketing. Manage the priorities and take the lead in the implementation and launch of the corresponding product capabilities. 4. Take end-to-end responsibility for the product life cycle related to the growth of the digital wallet, including product planning, product design, development, testing, launch, and operation. Pay attention to user experience, growth ROI, back-end management capabilities, the integration of risk control and anti-money laundering capabilities, data effect analysis, etc. 5. Be responsible for the overall operation of the product through dimensions such as user feedback, on-site research, and key indicator analysis. Continuously improve user experience, customer acquisition, and retention. Identify market insights and trends to iterate the product's competitiveness. 6. Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams, effectively manage stakeholders across multiple markets, continuously optimize the product requirement iteration process, and improve delivery efficiency. **Qualifications** Minimum Qualifications: 1. Product manager with more than 4 years of experience in fintech payment-related products. 2. Possess strong business awareness and have successful experience in product growth. 3. Have practical experience in the full life cycle management of consumer-facing products, including requirement analysis, product requirement writing, data analysis, and operation. 4. Be proficient in user experience, have an insight into user scenarios and psychology; possess strong logical and structured thinking abilities, as well as excellent abstract and inductive capabilities. 5. Be self-driven, have a positive attitude, and demonstrate a team spirit; be able to adapt to uncertainties and changes in a fast-paced environment. 6. Have good English communication skills and be capable of handling global team collaboration and product management. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Possess domain knowledge related to fintech / digital wallets / card products / digital banks. 2.
