About the Opportunity What You'll Be Doing Discover and integrate hot chains and protocols, collaborating with BD and OPS teams to facilitate partnerships. Track development trends of leading public chains, analyze growth strategies, identify collaboration opportunities, and promote deep integration of wallets within the ecosystem. Build strong connections with the developer community to promote wallet services, increasing integration and usage. Develop user growth strategies for Web3 Wallets to enhance retention and activity. Monitor user data, analyze behavior, optimize product experience, and improve growth metrics. Collaborate with R&D to manage product iterations, ensuring timely delivery. Engage in discussions on business scenarios and technological trends to ensure product relevance and foresight. What We Look For In You Bachelor's degree or higher. Over 2 years of experience with Web3 chains or wallets, plus 2+ years as a product manager in a large internet company. Strong problem abstraction and simplification skills, systematic thinking, and innovative problem-solving abilities. Excellent project management skills, capable of cross-team collaboration and timely delivery. Resilience under pressure, outstanding communication, and flexible thinking.
