Our client is a leading global crypto exchange and Web3 technology company, trusted by millions of users and institutions worldwide. With a strong presence across Asia and a growing global footprint, the company is known for its decentralized wallet, DeFi products, and commitment to being at the forefront of blockchain innovation. As part of its continued expansion into DeFi, the product design team is scaling to support new product lines across DEX, wallet, and Web3 growth. The company offers a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with global collaboration, strong design leadership, and relocation support for top-tier talent. This is a senior leadership role focused on driving design strategy and execution across OKX\'s decentralized product suite. You\'ll oversee design for DEX, DeFi, wallet, and Web3 growth initiatives, partnering with product leads and cross-functional teams across APAC and global markets. The role is ideal for a Web3-native designer with deep crypto experience, strong UX/UI capabilities, and a passion for building intuitive, scalable user experiences in the decentralized space.
