**Roles & Responsibilities**

The tasks and responsibilities of a Customer Service (logistic support) involve **dealing with goods preparation, shipment receipts, and shipment deliveries for both local and international trades.**

You are also often required to help organising transaction schedules, maintain inventory records, as well as create performance reports.

Furthermore, as a logistics support you are in charge of overseeing that all shipments are aligned with import and exportation requirements, maintaining an accurate record of inventory, producing reports, and coordinating with other members of the logistics team. They must also always be sure to adhere to the policies and standards surrounding these practices of the company to maintain our service quality.

Logistics support must have many different hard and soft skills to properly perform the job. Some of the most common skills for the role include organisational skills, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail.
