The role will manage key accounts and handle business proposals and presentations customized for clients.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage key accounts, prepare business proposals and presentations customised for clients.
- Negotiate ship repair contracts and manage commercial discussions leading to closing off the deals effectively.
- Attend technical meetings, handle contractual matters, and estimate project costs.
- Identify new market opportunities, gather market intelligence and information from different sources to complement business forecasts.
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, including commercial operations and legal teams.
- Degree in Engineering or other disciplines
- At least 5-8 years of relevant industry experience, including a minimum of 5 years in sales or commercial roles and preferably with knowledge and experience with ship repair.
- Able to read and understand basic engineering terms and applicable technical and commercial information, including business proposals.
- Possess a good understanding of Ship repair market dynamics, customer needs, competition, pricing strategies, and sales techniques.
- Familiarity with ship management companies and commercial ship owners’ operations is preferred.
- Driven with determination and initiative to prospect for new key clients.
- Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and interface with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced ship repair environment.
- Possess outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Able to travel internationally on short notice.
- Able to collaborate seamlessly across boundaries and international culture
