The role involves hosting and attending to visitors, coordinating with partners from China, promoting the school's programmes. **Job Descriptions**: - Welcome and host visitors from China, including prospective students, parents and representatives from education institutions. - Provide accurate information about the school's programmes and guide the potential applicants in choosing the suitable options. - Assist in organizing visits from institutions and support the school's efforts to build and maintain the relationship in China market. - Coordinate with other departments Eg. Admissions, Academic or Digital Marketing team to ensure smooth handling of the matters. - Support in promoting the programmes through events, presentations or other platforms targeting China market. - Assist the manager in day to day administrative duties related to China operations. - Any other duties as assigned. **Requirements**: - Diploma or degree in Business or a related field is required. - At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in administration or student services, preferably in an international education setting. - Good understanding of the China market, particularly in the education industry. - Strong communication skills, detailed oriented and able to multitask in a fast paced environment. - Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage, as the role involves frequent communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders from China, including students, parents and institutional partners. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Professional development Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 20/06/2025
