**You are a Sales & Marketing Manager**:
The duality of the Sales & Marketing Manager role at Carbon presents exciting challenges and opportunities. As the owner of the marketing function you'll be the strategic lead in determining how, when and where we take our brand to market. In addition you'll work closely with the leadership and client services team to develop lead generation and conversion strategies whilst contributing to the development of scalable creative solutions that meet the ever changing needs of clients.
**Your responsibilities are (but not limited to)**:
- Develops, manages and executes Carbon's marketing framework and content calendar
- Builds and mediates communities across existing and new social media channels
- Manages lead generation and conversion metrics across all channels
- Driving brand exposure, awareness and equity using new and existing channels, methods and platforms
- Scoping, budgeting, scheduling, resource management & allocation of Carbon's marketing projects
- Manages the marketing department budget ensuring maximum ROI is achieved
- Leads trade press and PR outreach activity
- Develops, plans and executes creative marketing activities such as bespoke events, rountables and partnerships/sponsorships
- Management of external vendors such as SEO agency, website development agency and any third party marketing platforms.
- Oversees the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, website content, and social media accounts
- Presents regular updates and information to other department heads and executives
- Manages the integration of CRM, Sales and Marketing functions and platforms
- Works with executives to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy
- Staying informed of trends, innovations and opportunities in the creative content space to inform the creative and wider business while enabling Carbon to foresee opportunities to grow and evolve.
- Maintaining the highest of standard of excellence in all aspects of your role and ensure consistency in those standards at all times
- Championing and upholding the culture of the Carbon business through work ethic, integrity and being a voice of positivity at all times.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $8,500.00 - $10,500.00 per month
