**Sales Director, Banking/FSI - ASEAN**
**Singapore**
**SGD 150K-200K Base + Comm + RSU’s**

We are looking for an experienced senior salesperson, who will work with our prospective clients to understand their challenges, articulate the company value proposition and deliver long terms solutions that they can rely on to drive results. You are a strategic thinker who excels at leading the execution strategy of a regional sales team within the ASEAN Banking & Capital Markets space.

**You will be involved in activities such as**:

- Drive annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth by leveraging existing relationships and sales skills to identify prospects
- Identify new client opportunities and present the company value proposition and close deals
- Deliver prospect feedback to product teams to help develop additional product use cases
- Collaborate regionally and globally with sales teams and other departments to provide support as needed towards sales efforts and goals
- Work with sales & marketing leader to create and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy
- Attend conferences and events, participate in panels to help raise brand awareness and drive additional sales leads. Contribute to the success of a high performing sales team

**You will possess**:

- Prefer 7+ years of proven sales experience with minimum 5 years in specific SaaS or similar sales roles and proven ability to learn new technology and product capabilities
- Proven, consistent over achievement of sales quotas
- Strong presentation skills and experience selling to senior management/C-Suite
- Extensive experience in complex technical sales situations
- Ability to work independently, identify challenges and problem solve to a successful conclusion
- Interpersonal skills - experience dealing effectively with people in various roles - team player/culture builder
- Ability to build strong relationships, positive, strategic thinker and influencer
