**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Sales Strategy & Expansion**
Drive B2B sales strategies, build strategic partnerships, and lead retail channel growth including new outlet setup.
- **Execute Sales Campaigns & GTM Plans**
Plan sales initiatives and coordinate new product launches with effective go-to-market strategies.
- **Manage Sales Operations & Enquiries**
Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring timely responses to partner and customer inquiries.
- **Develop & Support Sales Team Performance**
Set sales targets, track KPIs, coach team members, and enhance overall sales team effectiveness.
- **Optimize Incentives & Analytics**
Manage commission structures, sales promotions, and deliver data-driven insights through regular reporting.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
**Education & Background**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a strong advantage.

**Experience**
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in sales strategy, with a focus on B2B sales, retail development, and sales operations.
- Demonstrated experience in launching and scaling retail operations, including new outlet setup and channel development.
- Proven success in executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading, coaching, and evaluating a sales team with KPI-based performance tracking.

**Strategic & Analytical Skills**
- Strong ability to analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and customer behavior to inform strategy.
- Proficient in building business models, sales forecasts, and revenue planning frameworks.

**Leadership & Collaboration**
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and external partnerships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and business partners.

**Sales Operations & Tools**
- Hands-on experience in managing CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales dashboards, and incentive/commission tracking tools.
- Solid understanding of sales funnel optimization and pipeline management.

**Market Knowledge**
- Deep familiarity with the Singaporean market landscape; regional APAC experience is a plus.
- Exposure to omnichannel sales environments (B2B, retail, e-commerce) is highly valued.

**Language**:

- Fluent in Korean read and Speaking
- Fluent in English (Native level )
- Preference will be given who can speak and read Korean
