**Your role**
- Are you an independent and motivated individual who enjoys helping clients to create efficient and sustainable investment structures and processes? We are looking for a Private Label Funds Specialist to:
- partner with our private bankers called Client Advisors to deliver best in class solutions to the most sophisticated and institutional-like Wealth Management clients within South-East Asia across the Ultra High Net Worth, Global Family Office and Financial Intermediary client segments
- work closely with Client Advisors to identify high-potential prospects and clients, review client situations, provide guidance, advice and propose suitable solutions
- be the trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders regarding Private Label Funds (jurisdictions, structures, requirements, tax / regulatory considerations, fund service providers, etc) and present UBS' offering
- develop fund related content for clients, as well as training materials for client advisors, and present at brownbag events, client advisor training programs, where required
- work with the responsible control functions to conduct client due diligence and ensure a seamless onboarding and account opening process as well as ongoing account reviews
- foster fund industry relationships and stay abreast of relevant regulations and best practices so as to sustain consistent provision of high quality advice
- show a strong interest in ancillary fund related support services (Performance & Risk Analytics, Institutional Custody, Professional e-Trading) and cross-sell where relevant

- You’ll be working with the Asset Servicing team in Singapore. Asset Servicing is the global competency center within UBS for solutions encompassing Professional e-Trading via Bloomberg, Securities Lending, Performance & Risk Analytics, Institutional Custody and Private Label Funds structuring.

**Your expertise**
- At least 3 years’ experience in setting up and / or servicing fund structures in some capacity for either institutional or private wealth clients
- good understanding of legal, compliance and tax issues related to the funds business
- experience and competence in dealing with investment management considerations and understanding of operations and financial markets
- a great communicator, and can explain technical concepts in an easy-to follow way
- a team player, proactive and motivated individual who can work independently
- fluent in English. Mandarin would be advantageous to better serve our clients in the region
